After a morning sitting on a boat squinting at the water in hopes of a 2-second glimpse of the back of a whale, I was ready to get up close and personal with some marine life.
I’ve been wanting to visit the Aquarium of the Pacific for years! Ever since I first went to Long Beach – I think it was for the gay pride festival? – I’ve been trying to find an excuse to make the drive down and check it out. (more…)
